Even with all the mainstream diet plans, health foods and weight loss supplements more and more people are overweight.  This alone tells us that there is something wrong or not working with the popular weight loss and dieting programs.

Recently many of my friends started hearing about people having great results with the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet. So being the resident weight loss expert they came to me and asked me what it was all about. Having not heard anything about it I told them it's probably some rehashed "common sense" diet program and to hold off from buying it until I had a chance to review it.

Well I did review it and boy I was wrong... Fat Loss For Idiots is definitely something new. It's a refreshing alternative weight loss and dieting program.

At the center of the Fat Loss For Idiots diet is what the creators call their patented accelerated fat burning program. This accelerated fat burning program is what makes this diet different from the rest of the weigh loss programs around. 

You see Fat Loss For Idiots doesn't believe in low fat diets because of the fact that overweight population is still increasing steadily despite the huge consumption of fat free or reduced fat foods. 

They also don't believe in the low carb diet craze because of the fact that this weight loss method is actually just "starving yourself" which is not good for your body. They doesn't believe in simply eating less calories because this starves your body and will eventually fail because causing your body to "turn against you" by adjusting its metabolic function to your new caloric intake.

What I liked best about the Fat Loss 4 Idiots weight loss program was its simplicity. The system does not require calorie counting or carbohydrates counting. It just makes you follow a simple eleven day eating plan or follow thier 10 rules it presents in the book. That's it... by simply follow the eating plan or thier 10 rules and you will lose weight. They provide you with everything you could possibly think in the package, they even provide an online diet generator. I also like that there are also what they call "cheat days" where you can basically eat whatever you want.

So what about the negatives you ask? Well Fat Loss For Idiots claims you will lose 9 pounds in 11 days. I personaly think it is healthier to lose no more than 5 pounds per week. Also if you are a really picky eater (like my husband) then you may find the diet harder to follow.

All in all I was very impressed with the Fat Loss For Idiots weight loss program and give it
